By accessing or using the Chitech Gadgets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Chitech Gadgets is a Nigerian laptop and technology retail business operating both online and from our Abuja showroom. These terms govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• All laptop products listed are either brand new or clearly described as used.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee the availability of the product.

• Payment is made via direct bank transfer to the Chitech Gadgets account number provided at checkout.
• Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed by our team.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Order confirmation will be communicated via WhatsApp or email after payment verification.

4. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

• Pick Up (FREE): Collect from our Abuja showroom at no charge.
• FCT Abuja Delivery (₦3,000): Same-day delivery within the FCT.
• Nationwide Delivery (₦15,000): 1–3 business days to all Nigerian states.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays. Chitech Gadgets is not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

We operate a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (order reference or receipt).
• The product must not have been physically damaged after delivery.
• Software issues, personal preference, or change of mind are not grounds for return unless the product was misrepresented.

6. Warranty

All brand new laptops sold by Chitech Gadgets come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model. Used products come with a limited Chitech Gadgets warranty as stated at the time of purchase.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chitech Gadgets website, including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Chitech Gadgets and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chitech Gadgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
